Submitted slang/idiom: "Not My Bowl Of Rice"
From the title of ER Escober's Filipino-American novel, Not My Bowl of Rice. (Slangs/Idioms that originated from book titles in the tradition of Joseph Heller's Catch- 22)
Explanation: A very Asian version of 'not my cup of tea". Meaning, that whatever is being referred to is not to the speaker’s liking. (Eg: Oh, hill walking in the Philippines? Very nice, but not my bowl of rice.)
