Cheap toys given away at birthday parties, Halloween gatherings, and carnivals, often in bags (especially when sold in grocery stores). They tend to last perhaps a day or two before you have to throw them away. Usually, little children delight in getting such bags of toys since it is for them the receipt that is fun, not the ownership.
