A command meaning "get up and get out of here." Thought to have originated during construction of the Flatirons building in Chelsea, New York City, which is situated around 23rd street.
When bums would accumulate, the police on the beat would shout "twentythreeskidoo!" to clear them away from the construction site to prevent theft.
