A Mancunian (Manchester, UK) word for describing something unfit for the purpose, shoddily made, or irritaing in its desgin. Can also be used to describe people as not having in any common-sense, in an affectionate way. Mancunians currently also refer to things as "The Bobs," a variant on bobbins.
