A misspelling of "arrogant." Let's say it's a combination of "error" and "arrogant." Saw it used to criticise Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's peace mission to the Middle East in April 2007, a trip made against the wishes of President Bush and Ehud Olmert, Prime Minister of Israel. Also "errogant."
