(so-go-NOP-mit) n., the effect of seeing something from a completely different perspective. Sometimes shortened to "sogo," used as both noun and verb. (Sogonapmit is the reverse of the Ute word "Timpanogos," a mountain in Utah, which I saw from the east, instead of the usual west, one day in Park City.)
