Changing a television program in an effort to avoid future lawsuits. Named because of the litigation involved between filmmaker Spike Lee and the network formerly known as The National Network (TNN) when it attempted to change its name in August 2003.
Also involved changing the names of Street Fighter characters when the Japanese game was brought to American shores in the 90's.
