A variation on the word "stuff," but even less specific. The speaker often doesn't know what she's talking about. She usually hopes that the listener will fill in the blank. Additionally, "stuffage" tends to sound cooler than "stuff."

"Go get the stuffage out of the trunk." (After being asked what the stuffage is.) "Oh, you know! All that stuffage that we got from that place. Go get it, or I'll throw stuffage at you."
