[after Kenji Urada, often called "the first human to be killed by a robot" (at a Kawasaki plant back in 1981), although the claim is sometimes disputed by those who champion Robert Williams (d. 1979), although why anyone would want to fight for the title of "first one killed by a robot" is beyond me.]
