A term relating particularly to businessmen and women in western cities such as Dallas, TX, or Calgary, Canada, who affect "Western" or "cowboy" forms of dress--including cowboy boots and hats, bolo ties and bandannas. Also applies to people who dress Western when they go to cowboy-themed bars, despite never having been on a farm or ranch in their lives.
